There are plenty of books you can buy that teach Windows 10, including books from Microsoft, but you’ll have to pay for them. There’s no “official” Windows 10 guide available from Microsoft that can be purchased or downloaded except these that I know of. However there are enough materials on the web to guide you. Windows 10 is mostly similar to the previous versions and there is an excellent app called Tips search for it in the Start Menu which can be of help.

If you still find difficulties, the web is your greatest friend and you can always post here on the Microsoft Community to get answers. None of us here can send you anything. Not to give you a hard time, but you should note that this isn’t Microsoft you’re addressing here; this is a peer support forum. We are all just users of this version of Windows here, helping each other if and when we can. We are not Microsoft employees not even those of us with “Microsoft MVP” behind our names; that’s an honorary title for having provided consistently helpful advice except for an occasional Microsoft contractor or employee.

You can find several books for sale at a site like Amazon. Go there and choose whatever you want. I don’t think any of these books is really a good idea. Windows changes significantly from month to month, especially twice a year.

Any book you buy will almost certainly already be out of of date and incorrect in some areas and will quickly become even more out of of date and incorrect. Instead you should rely on we searches to get Windows information, and ask here if you have questions you can’t find answers to on the web.
